What You Share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected topic, and consent. It also collects any optional phone number, state, professional preference, notice number, or brief description you provide. Your submission is saved with a request reference and submission records so the team can identify and review it.
How the Information Is Used
Your inquiry is stored in the website’s database and made available to authorized Liberty Standard team members to review your request and contact you about it. Website hosting and storage services process this information to operate the form. Technical identifiers are also used to limit abusive submissions.
Consent to respond to an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Submitting a form does not create a professional engagement or authorize tax representation.
Keep Sensitive Records Out
Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, tax returns, bank account details, payment-card information, passwords, or copies of tax documents. A general description of the issue is enough for this initial inquiry. The public form does not provide document upload or signing.
Ask About Your Information
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, use Let’s Talk and select Privacy Request. Use the same email address and include your request reference if available, together with a brief explanation of what you want reviewed. Do not send identification documents or sensitive tax information through the form.
Submitting a privacy request does not make an automatic change to an earlier record. Keep the confirmation reference for your request.
